Minor update after a major one

The great rewrite of 2026 introduced a couple of issues. This update resolves them.

Fixes:

• Fixed issue with future weeks not loading
• Fixed issue with stats page being blank for most games

New Features:

• Made the 'Current Drive' visualization on game details pretty spiffy.

The Booth is getting back to what it does best.

This release marks a pretty big shift for The Booth.

We removed a lot of sports.

That sounds backwards for a sports app, but it was the right move.

The Booth had gotten broader without really getting better. Every new league meant more maintenance, more data problems, and less time spent making the core experience great.

So we cut it back.

For now, The Booth is focused on football — specifically college football and the NFL — and this release is the first real look at what that decision unlocks.

Less stuff. More depth.

The goal isn't to build another app that can tell you the score.

The Booth should help you understand what's happening, what happened, and what matters before you watch a game.

Game pages now go much deeper with:

• Predicted winner and win probability
• SP+, FPI, Elo, SRS, and talent ratings
• Season stat comparisons
• Recent performance
• Historical matchups
• Betting lines and odds

And once the game starts, all of that lives alongside the live experience that's already been at the core of The Booth — scores, possession, down and distance, drives, play-by-play, win probability, stats, and scoring summaries.

Team pages got a major rebuild

Team pages are now much more useful.

You'll find power ratings, AP ranking history, head coach info, venue details, ATS record, team leaders, recent games, season stats, rosters, schedules, and conference standings.

We've also added season selection, so The Booth is starting to become useful for looking backward instead of only telling you what's happening right now.

Saturdays should be easier to navigate

The scoreboard got a pretty substantial overhaul too.

Favorite teams now get their own section, new filters make it easier to narrow down the slate, week navigation is cleaner, and game cards are easier to scan.

Rankings also got a new grid layout, making the Top 25 much faster to browse.

The idea is simple: open The Booth on Saturday and quickly figure out what's on, what matters, and what games are worth watching.

Why narrow the focus?

Because college football is weird.

Rankings matter. Conferences matter. Schedules aren't equal. Historical context matters. Rivalries matter. Advanced ratings matter.

That's what makes it interesting — and it's also why treating college football like just another league in a generic sports app doesn't really work.

The Booth has a better chance of being genuinely useful if we build for those quirks instead of trying to make every sport fit the same mold.

We're still keeping NFL support, but college football is where we're going to push the hardest.

What's next

This release lays the foundation for where we're taking The Booth this season.

Expect more useful analytics, more historical context, better ways to surface the games worth watching, and a continued focus on making the core experience faster, tighter, and more reliable.

The Booth doesn't need to cover everything.

It just needs to be really damn good at football.

Football's back and so are we.

We've been working super hard to bring more sports to The Booth, and we now have support for college basketball, college baseball, and PGA golf! We also added a new feature to the team details page to make it easier to favorite / unfavorite teams. We hope you enjoy the new sports and features!

There was a bug on the Team Schedule page where seasons that don't exist could be viewed (namely 2026). This was resolved, and we also added historical seasons dating back to 2003!
